Again, more unidentified photos from my mother's side of the family-are most likely of German heritage, and could be related to any of the following families: Adolphsen, Barr, Beskow, Beyer, Korth, Krause or Wohlleber, or any families who attended St John's Lutheran Church of Mazeppa Township. August Leister WW 1

There was an August Leister found on the WW 1 Draft Registration Cards, he worked on the Great Northern, from Mpls to Breckenridge, MN. He was born in 1892 in Rock Rapids Iowa. He lived in Kandiyohi County, town of Willmar. I am unsure of his connection to my family.

Possibly Corp Ernest Parker Carlton, died 1918 After the St Mihiel drive

Possibly Corp Ernest Parker Carlton, Co H 18th Infantry, died in August 1918, after the St Mihiel drive, age 20. Mrs Bertha Carlton, mother, 705 2nd Street NE, Watertown, formerly of ND.
